Delivery Times Over The Festive Period

Warehouse opening:
 
24th-27 December: Closed for Christmas, Bank Holidays Monday & Tuesday.
(No shipping collections)
28th-30th December: Open, business as usual, all orders will be getting shipped and delivered.
31st-3rd January: Closed for Hogmanay, Bank Holidays Monday & Tuesday.
(No shipping collections)
4th January: Open, business as usual.
Shipping times will obviously be a little longer over the festive period, but we will always endeavour to get orders out as soon as they come in. With the premium delivery service, please allow for an extra few days on delivery, but these orders will still be sent as a priority and go with DHL rather than Royal Mail.

Free Delivery on all orders within the UK over £99.99, and on all gift vouchers. Our standard free delivery option should take no more than a few days but there is no tracking service or time guarantee on this. Other delivery costs are as follows:

Most items are classed as standard. All boots, bindings and most luggage are classed as 'Heavy'. All skis, boards, ski poles and large ski & snowboard bags are 'outsize'.

If your country isn't listed here, you should email orders@freezeproshop.com for a shipping quote prior to ordering. Orders made without doing this may require further payment.

We ship via DHL for larger items and Royal Mail for smaller items like beanies,tee shirts & some outerwear.

Due to new restrictions on shipping into Russia, we have new guidelines which need to be followed before placing an order with us. First of all, please contact us by email orders@freezeproshop.com, and we will give you the details of how to arrange forwarding to Russia with AlphaParcel. Price & shipping terms are agreed directly between the customer & AlphaParcel. We will then arrange for you to purchase products from us, and on confirmation of their arrival with AlphaParcel and that they have left the UK, we will refund the VAT directly to you at 20% of the order value.

Warehouse opening times over Xmas and New Year:

23rd: Open final day of shipping items, but these wont be delivered until after xmas
24th-27th: closed for Xmas and bank holiday Monday and Tuesday (no DHL or RM collections)
28th-30th: Open, business as usual, all orders will be getting shipped and delivered
31st-3rd:  closed for Hogmanay and bank holiday Monday and Tuesday (no DHL or RM collections)
4th: Open as usual.

Delivery Methods

General Items: For accessories we use Royal Mail - typical delivery 1-2 working days. This is not trackable, and at busy times like Christmas, delivery times can be longer.

High Value: For some higher value packages we use DHL which is next day and trackable for orders dispatched Monday - Friday.

International: For International we use Royal Mail Air Mail for most items and delivery time lines depend on destination but are usually 1-2 weeks. If you want a faster, trackable service then you can upgrade to our premium service for £3, delivery times are listed at the top of this page.

Hardware: For larger items/ski and board hardware we use DHL's next day delivery and you can track the status of these online.

You can select our UK premium delivery service for a faster and trackable service. If your order is placed before 12 noon then this will mean it is dealt with and shipped that day. In the UK this will mean that your item is with you the following work day (Mon-Fri). However, on rare occasions there may be circumstances outwith our control which could mean there is a slight delay (bad weather etc). Your items are fully trackable the whole way, so you can check up on its progress at your leisure.

Please note that our delivery drivers require a signature from a person at the delivery address before they will deliver your package. Unfortunately they cannot leave it with neighbours or in a location of your choosing. We apologise if this is inconvenient, however our Courier implements this rule for the security of your delivery.

Should you have more specific postage requirements, including Saturday delivery or a specific time frame then please give us a call on 0131 260 9677.

Any orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be sent immediately and items ordered after that time or at the weekend will be sent at the beginning of the next working day. We will try our best to get your items out sooner but this depends on how busy we are.

IMPORTANT

If an item looks damaged then it should be refused. DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED BOXES OR MAIL BAGS. Failure to follow these instructions could mean that you end up with a damaged item and be unable to claim for them. The signature box that the driver will be asking you to sign confirms that you are happy with the condition of your item and after that the courier company or DHL will simply say that the goods were damaged by you after delivery.
