Dangerous Sports: Skiing and snowboarding and other associated activities are extremely dangerous sports and participating in them may lead to serious injury or death of yourselves and or 3rd parties. Freeze accepts absolutely no liability for any such injuries, deaths or other costs incurred as a result of said injuries.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and various other debit cards.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We will endeavour to get all items shipped the same day as an order but orders made after 14:00 will typically be shipped the next working day. European shipping rates can be found at the checkout or confirmed by e-mailing or contacting us.
We will endeavour to process your order the same day as you make it and will post the item 1st class for small items and using our 24hr CityLink courier service on larger items. You can pay extra for guaranteed date delivery at our checkout. Orders made between 5:30 pm on Friday and 10:00 am Monday will be posted on Monday.
We will make every effort to keep online stock levels up to date and will update the site approximately every 30 mins. In the event of errors a full refund is always offered and you will have the choice to wait for the item to come back into stock. Please e-mail or call us if you have any queries prior to ordering.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Payment is taken using the Sage/Pay / PROTX secure server. This system is fully secure and encrypted unlike many of our competitors, we will never even see your credit card details so there is no chance of fraud through third party access to you details.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Most ski and snowboard equipment must be fitted and tested by an authorized dealer or similar expert and Freeze Pro Shop doesn't guarantee safety of any set up or fitting work done by third parties.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the Remember Me Option. Cancellation Policy
Under EU distance selling rules you have the right to cancel your order without charge at any time up until 7 working days after delivery. However at Freeze Pro Shop you have 14 days to cancel your order. This can be done by email or simply by returning your items using the enclosed returns form and sending them to the addresses below:

In the event of cancellation goods must be returned to the above address and the customer will be responsible for the cost of this. We recommend using some form of "signed for delivery."
Under these same rules you should be refunded for canceled goods within 30 days of cancellation, we aim for about 10 days but during very busy periods this can take a bit longer, in all instances it will be done before 30 days have passed.
It is not possible to cancel ski orders if you have requested that we mount your skis for you as this involves drilling holes in them etc.. This does not affect your statutory rights.
It is crucially important that if your delivery needs signed for that you check the box or package thoroughly before doing so. If it is damaged and you sign for it then you will not beable to claim a refund or insurance as you are certifying that the goods were received in good condition. This is standard contract law that any courier company will enforce and we are unable to take the hit unfortunately so if the package is in any way damaged please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
We will happily exchange or refund items after 7 days and before 30 days if they are in perfect condition but a small charge may apply, please contact us by email to discuss this before sending goods back within this time frame.
The above does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty items can be returned to the address above and if found to be faulty will be refunded or replaced if this is preferred by the customer and postage costs will be covered by Freeze Pro Shop. If found not to be faulty then we may have to charge for any re-posting costs and will be unable to cover your return costs. For this reason it is usually a good idea to email us with info about your return before returning anything.
Foreign exchange rates are best indication only and updated frequently to maintain accuracy you will be charged in GBP and your card issuer will apply their own exchange rate.
Some online ski shops wont mount your skis for you without having your boots present because they are afraid that you will sue them if it doesn't go to plan. We like our customers and hope that they like us too so we are happy to mount your skis for you. But you must be aware of the following things if you select the free online ski mounting service:
1: It is only available if you buy skis and bindings from us.
2: You can't cancel a ski order if we have mounted them up for you
3: We can't be held responsible if you select the wrong boot size or mounting point so please be very careful when doing this.
4: It is impossible to set the forward pressure on your heel piece (or toe height on some bindings) without having the actual boot present. This is due to things like boot wear and tear and small measurement inaccuracies so you MUST get them adjusted by a competent binding technician with your boots present.
Basically we are saving you some money and hassle but if in doubt then get them done locally, there is no substitute for getting them done by a professional with your boots at hand.
ONE LAST TIME: YOU MUST GET THE FORWARD PRESSURE AND TOE HEIGHT CHECKED BY AN EXPERT IF WE MOUNT THEM FOR YOU!
Once you have made your purchase you will be able to track the process of your order through our system. Soon we will also be able to display your courier tracking code on this page as well.
Here are some definitions to help you understand the order tracking progress:
Allocated: This means that we have accepted your order
Picked: Means that we have printed your order and are processing it, unfortunately it does not guarantee at this stage that we have successfully picked your item, sorry for the confusion.
Packed: We have found your item and packed it, we are now awaiting collection from our courier.
Despatched: Your package has been collected and small items should be with you in 1-3 working days, for larger items you can expect them to arrive before 5pm the next working day and if you selected special delivery then items should also be with you the first working day after dispatch.
Free Delivery on all orders within the UK over £50. Our standard free delivery option should take no more than a few days but there is no tracking service or time guarantee on this. For orders up to £50, shipping is £2.99.
For guaranteed and trackable delivery please select our special delivery service at the checkout.
Freeze strike guarantee: If there is any scheduled Royal Mail industrial action we will use our couriers (DHL) which will not be affected by strikes. We will do this for no extra cost.

General Items: For accessories we use DHL - typical delivery 1-2 working days.
High Value: For higher value packages (typically over £50 but not always) we use DHL which is next day and trackable for orders dispatched Monday - Friday.
International: For International we use DHL and delivery timelines depend on destination but are usually around 1 week.
Hardwear: For larger items / ski and board hardware we use DHL's next day delivery and we can track the status of these online.
You can select our UK premium delivery surcharge for £3.00 extra at the checkout and this will mean that we give your item our special attention, rush it to the top of the pile and put it on DHL or our Courier Next Day service. This doesn't guarantee you will have it the day after you order but we will do everything we can to make it happen.
Should you have more specific postage requirements, including Saturday delivery or a specific time frame then please give us a call on 0131 260 9677.
Any orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be sent immediately and items ordered after that time or at the weekend will be sent at the beginning of the next working day.
