Exceptionally versatile, hardwearing and warm, the Thorium AR Hoody from Arc’teryx performs as a cold weather midlayer or as a standalone. The Thorium’s regular fit is streamlined and layers easily under a hardshell in cold conditions. Ideal for super-cold starts and chilly evenings outdoors.
Updated outer fabric
The Lofty 750 fill European grey goose down provides incredible warmth for little weight, is durably resilient, and packs easily. The outer is updated with durable and subtly textured Arato 30 nylon for a durable and premium-feel finish. This lightweight material withstands abrasion, packs compactly and has a DWR finish to repel moisture.
Down and synthetic combo for maximum usability
Arc’teryx Down Composite Mapping technology combines the goose down insulation with panels of Coreloft synthetic insulation in the hood, cuffs and under the arms, areas prone to moisture. Down is used in the sleeves and around the body’s core. The Thorium is equipped with a synthetically insulated Stormhood, two zippered pockets secure small essentials and updated to include an internal zipper pocket with a stuff sack.

This is an express fully tracked service with either DHL or Fedex, and a signature is required on delivery. Delivery will be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. OUR RETURNS POLICY
Generally, we'll be happy to exchange or refund anything you've bought for up to one month from the date you receive it, so long as it’s in perfect, unused condition. If you'd like to return or exchange an item you bought more than one month ago, then you may be able to, but please email us about it first – a small restocking charge may also apply.

You’re responsible for the cost of returning items to us, but if you choose an exchange, we’ll be happy to cover the cost of shipping things back to you.

- Anything that’s missing its tags or isn’t in a perfect, new and unused condition, including all its packaging
- Skis and ski bindings which have been mounted, because these will have been done to your specific requirements and can’t be resold
