Built to be as unique as their creator, Henrik Harlaut, the Armada Edollo pro model redefines freestyle performance. Designed to be slashed, charged, spun, slid, pressed and buttered, they’ll comfortably handle anything you can throw at them. Bang on mid-flex in the tail and underfoot and slightly softer in the nose they’re perfectly fine tuned for popping and locking nose presses.

The Edollo is built around Armada’s Pop-lite core, a lightweight wood construction with high-density hardwood stringers, resulting in an impossibly lively ski with unrivalled pop. While Spin Tip construction in the nose and tail are designed to reduce swing weight which keeps the ski balanced and agile.

The AR nose rocker blends reverse camber in the nose with traditional positive camber underfoot and through the tail. This helps to provide float in powder while retaining edge hold, drive and control on hardpack. It also has the added benefit of raising the ski’s contact points which reduces the chance of catching your edges and making those nose-butters that Henrik’s renowned for even easier.

The AR50 Sidewall is comprised of cap construction in the tip and tail with full sidewall underfoot. This helps to balance performance with reduced swing-weight and increased durability. The capped construction of the nose and tail offer increased flexibility meaning that the ski is more relaxed upon entry and exit of turns. This works in unison with the full ABS sidewall underfoot which holds the edge and remains confident throughout the turn.

The over-built 2.2mm Impact Edge is heat treated for increased strength and durability without becoming overweight and cumbersome, meaning it can take more abuse from tree trunks or unseen rocks without resulting in an edge buckle or worse, a blowout.

The Edollo benefits from super-charged performance thanks to Carbon/Kevlar struts, alternating stringers of carbon fibre and high tensile Kevlar, which increase response, improve power transfer, add pop and extend the life of the ski.

Armada’s Carbon Fibre layup is woven through the core of the ski to create torsional stiffness for increased edge-to-edge power transfer without compromising tip-to-tail flex or adding additional weight.

Topped off with Armada’s S7 Base, a highly durable and low maintenance sintered base with a speed additive that gives you a touch more throttle for boosting kickers.

What we say: “If you aspire to land styled out nose butter 7’s then there’s really only one ski to learn on. Built for the originator himself, the Edollo is by design the perfect ski for the job.”

Size Guide

The size chart below provides a basic guide to finding the right ski length based on your height and ability but there are several other factors you should consider before choosing your new skis!

The two most relevant considerations when interpreting the chart below are your weight and the type of skiing you intend to do.

Weight: If you’re a heavier built that the average person of your height then we suggest choosing a longer ski as a heavier skier requires more edge to grip the snow and more base area for floatation in powder and cruddy snow.  Conversely, if you’re a slimmer build you may want to consider going for a shorter ski as you’ll need less edge / ski to support your weight than someone of an ‘average’ build.

Skier Type: Secondly, if you want a ski that’s going to inspire confidence when you’re skiing fast and you like to ski faster than most, then a longer ski is going to be preferable.   The additional edge and float provided by a longer ski will give you a more stable ride.  If, however, you’re more freestyle focussed and you want a ski that’s going to be more nimble and easier to manoeuvre at low speeds then a slightly shorter ski will work better for you as there will be less ski to manage.

If you have any queries at all on finding the right ski or ski size for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for further advice.
