EASY TIGHT TURNS. ROCKERED FOR SOFT SNOW FLOAT. SOLID AND RELIABLE EDGE HOLD FOR CARVING - THE CAMOX IS BLACK CROWS ANSWER TO THE ELUSIVE ONE-SKI-QUIVER.

Everyone and their dog wants a truly all-terrain ski - a ski which will literally cruise between piste, park, sidecountry and backcountry. The ski brands know this and most of them therefore have their own interpretation of what passes as “all-mountain” - For Black Crows it’s the Camox. However, unlike a lot of brands, Black Crows have absolutely hit the nail on the head with their offering. An incredible ski for use in firmer conditions, they also avoid being swallowed up off-piste thanks to their 97mm waist. Furthermore, they’re more than adequate for a few impromptu park laps.

It’s all about core strength

You’ve spent hours researching the perfect ski, you’ve parted with your hard-earned cash and you’ve finally found your dream ski which slays everything in sight - the last thing you want then is to have to replace it within a matter of years. By building the Camox around a super-durable poplar core, then layering it with two different configurations of fibreglass, Black Crows ensure that the skis not only have a long lifespan, but that the wood’s natural flex and pop is enhanced, as well as being reinforced against stresses and strains.

Hillside handling

Thanks to some pretty clever design features, the Camox has a series of handling enhancements which boost control across a variety of conditions. It’s flared tip, for example, not only gives excellent float in powder, but helps the Camox plane through crud with ease. The “double-beak” profile – reverse camber in the nose/tail – also aids with powder buoyancy, regardless of whether you’re skiing regular or switch. This is topped off with the reliability of mid-height traditional camber underfoot, ensuring the Camox strikes a great balance between confident stability and nimble manoeuvrability.

Stiff underfoot with plenty of flex in the nose and tail, the Camox are ideal for intermediate skiers who want a versatile all-mountain ski which competently and comfortably handles any and all conditions and terrain types - charge fresh lines in the morning, cruise piste at lunch and hit rails in the afternoon.
