A Long-Standing Member of The Black Crows Outerwear Line-Up, The Ventus Pants Are Packed with Functionality

The Black Crows Ventus 3L Pants are fully equipped for days in the deep stuff. Featuring three-layer GORE-TEX, reinforced in the lower-leg for knee deep powder, the pants offer a tonne of waterproofing whilst still being breathable. You’ve got gaiters in the cuffs to stop any snow getting in too, and cuff closing positions for both ski and walk mode when touring.

Super-adjustable and packed with pockets

If you feel things heating up as you ski, the Ventus Pants are equipped with external venting. There’s a small lift pass pocket under the adjustable belt to match automatic pass scanners. For your essentials there are two large pockets on the front, and a phone pocket too, all with zip closure. For emergencies, you’ve got Recco rescue technology.

If the Postman is unable to deliver, you may be required to go to your local Mail sorting office to collect the package.

    Delivery expected tomorrow

    Most items will be dispatched with DPD and are fully track-able. The delivery must be signed for so someone must be at the specified address to accept the items. It is not possible for the delivery driver to leave the packages without a signature.
    In rare cases, rural addresses may be 2 days for delivery. If you are concerned please get in touch before placing order.

    Delivery will be made by your postman next day, before 1pm. Deliveries are made every day except for Sundays. The cut-off for next day delivery is 12 noon.     Delivery expected by 12:00 tomorrow

    Delivery will be made by 12noon on the Saturday morning. This delivery must be signed for, so someone must be at the specified address to accept the delivery.

  • Collect in Store - £0.00

    You can place your order online and drop into our store in Edinburgh, Scotland, to collect your order. Please enter your billing address into the delivery address section, and tick the box to say both addresses are the same.
    Orders will be kept aside for 2 weeks. If you require longer, please email contact@freezeproshop.com

Returns

We will happily exchange or refund items up to one month from the date of receipt (see cancelation policy). In addition to this we may be able to exchange or refund items returned outwith this timeframe if they are in unused and perfect condition but a small re-stocking charge may apply, please contact us by email to discuss this before sending goods back within this time frame.

On the back of your delivery note you will find your returns form which details the returns process. If you can't find it you request one from orders@freezeproshop.com

Faulty items that are under manufacturers warranty can be returned to us and if found to be faulty will be refunded or replaced, this is subject to inspection by the manufacturer. Please contact us for a returns authorisation before sending, if found not to be faulty then we may have to charge for any re-posting costs and will be unable to cover your return costs.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS-

  • Underwear (for obvious reasons)
  • Skis and ski bindings which have been mounted, as these will have been done to your specific requirements
  • DVDs which have been opened
  • Any item which is missing tags or is not in a new condition

Please note, that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us for returns or exchanges, however we will happily cover the cost of shipping exchanges back to you.
