Our new Edinburgh store

Our new Edinburgh store

You might have heard about our recent move to a bigger and better warehouse to give us more space to stock an even deeper and wider range of the products you love. Well, one of the best things about a bigger and better warehouse is the space we’ve now got to offer an even more awesome shopping experience for our local customers – and we’re delighted to announce that we’re now fully operational, open for business, and planning a few exciting FREE events to mark the launch of our brand new flagship store.

What’s in store?

As it was before, the brilliant thing about our new shop is that you’ve got access to the massive range of ski, snowboard, surf and outdoor products that you’ll find on freezeproshop.com. What you can see on the shelves is just a highlight – you can come down, try on, touch, feel, poke and prod every one of the products that you’ll find online. Just ask one of our friendly and knowledgeable team.

On top of that, you’ve got access to all of our exclusive in-store extras, like…

  • Ski and snowboard boot fitting
  • Ski and snowboard servicing
  • Face-to-face advice
  • Exclusive in-store offers and discounts

So, where’s it at?

The new warehouse and store can be found at 8 South Gyle Crescent Lane. A short drive out from the town centre, with ample parking, the new location is ideal for customers travelling from Glasgow, Fife, The Borders, Perth, Dundee or further afield.

But don’t worry, you don’t have to drive! 10 minutes on the train from Waverley or jump on a tram and you’re at Edinburgh Park in no time, which is a short walk from our front door. Plus there’s plenty of new cycle path following the tram tracks, which makes a lovely cycle if you’re not picking up anything too bulky.

Sounds great, let’s celebrate!

To celebrate the opening and the start of winter, we’ve organised a series of movie nights in conjunction with some of our favourite brands. Tickets are FREE and all that we ask is that you make a suggested £5 donation to Surfers Against Sewage or Protect Our Winters on the door (in return for some delicious Tempest beer and the chance to win top prizes!).

We’ll be kicking off on Wednesday the 25th of October in the world of surf, with an exclusive screening of the independent epic, Under an Arctic Sky, and Patagonia’s Fish People. Thursday the 26th we’ll be welcoming Faction and their awesome new movie This is Home, where we’ll be joined by Dan Hanka and raffling off a pair of Prodigy skis to one lucky attendee. The celebrations come to a head on Sunday the 29th where the snowboarders will be out in force for Arbor’s new movie Cosa Nostra, joined by the one and only Frank April, plus a bunch of giveaways.
