Dolomite

Named after the Italian mountain range, Dolomite has built up over 100 years of footwear-making experience and know-how. Put this knowledge to the test today by treating yourself to one of their hiking boots or walking shoes.
This passion and devotion to the mountain lifestyle transfers through to the Dolomite footwear ranges, which cover all aspects of alpine hiking, trekking and climbing. Traditional styles combine with innovative technologies to create high-quality, comfortable footwear that can tackle all kinds of terrain and conditions.

Dolomite debuted in 1897, operating in a factory and opened the Fabbrica Scarpe Montello Store, by 17 year old Guiseppe Garbuio. Many high-profile mountaineers have conquered peaks in Dolomite footwear. These include the 1954 Italian expedition to summit K2 and the 1960 Swiss expedition to summit Dhaulagiri in the Himalayas. In 1966, the Italian Alpine Club of Carate Brianza and Gruppo Ragni of Lecco reached the 71° Parallel North in Greenland. This has helped the brand cement itself internationally and continue to make high-performance footwear on a global scale.

Today, Dolomite pledge to provide a combination of quality, comfort and performance. Also enhanced by its beautiful Italian flare. Dolomite products are designed for people who expect high quality, comfort and performance and have a passion and taste for Italian design and lifestyle.
