How do I redeem my points?
When you get to the basket page and you’re logged in to your account you’ll be advised of any credit you have with us, which will be automatically applied against the items in your basket. N.B. you cannot redeem points against your shipping costs.
I made an order but wasn’t logged in, can i still get my points?
Please note, your points will be added to your account once your order has been shipped.
If you made an order but were not logged in your points won’t be added automatically. If this happens please send us your order details to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to add them to your account. It must be in the name of the account holder and to their usual address.
I made a phone order, do I earn points on these?
Yes, please email email@example.com with your order details and we’ll add your points to your account.
