For every £1 you spend on products, we'll give you 1 Loyalty Point. These points are added to your account for the next time!
What do points make? Store credit! So for every £100 you spend, you’ll get £5 worth of loyalty points to spend next time you shop.
To see your progress and how much credit you have, you just need to log-in to your account.
Remember, you MUST be registered for an online account (register here) and logged-in when you shop to claim and redeem your loyalty points!
As well as getting a discount next time you shop, we’ll often have exclusive account-holder deals and promotions throughout the year, with great prices on specific items or extra points to add to your account.
How do I redeem my points?
When you get to the basket page and you’re logged in to your account, we'll show you any credit that you have with us. This will automatically be applied to the items in your basket. Unfortunately, you can't redeem points against your shipping costs.
I made an order but wasn’t logged in, can I still get my points?
Remember, your points will be added to your online account once your order has been shipped.
If you made an order but weren't logged in, your points won’t be added automatically. If this happens, just send us your order details to email@example.com and we’ll do our best to add them to your account. It must be in the name of the account holder and to their usual address.
I made a phone order, do I earn points on these?
Yes, just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we’ll add your points to your account.
