The Marmot Helium Sleeping Bag is insanely lightweight, coming in at measly 935 grams. It’s really packable too, so is the ideal sleeping bag for those trips when rucksack space is at a premium. It’ll give you three-season warmth, with an anatomically-designed footbox to ensure your stompers stay warm through the night. It’ filled with 800+ fill power goose down, with defender that improves water-resistance in wetter weather.

    Delivery expected by Wednesday 30 May

    Most items will be dispatched with DPD and are fully track-able. The delivery must be signed for so someone must be at the specified address to accept the items. It is not possible for the delivery driver to leave the packages without a signature.
    In rare cases, rural addresses may be 2 days for delivery. If you are concerned please get in touch before placing order.

    Delivery expected by 13:00 on Wednesday 30 May

    Delivery will be made by your postman next day, before 1pm. Deliveries are made every day except for Sundays. The cut-off for next day delivery is 12 noon.     Delivery expected by 12:00 on Wednesday 30 May

    Delivery will be made by 12noon on the next working day (Monday to Friday). This delivery must be signed for, so someone must be at the specified address to accept the delivery.

    Delivery will be made by 12noon on the Saturday morning. This delivery must be signed for, so someone must be at the specified address to accept the delivery.

  • Collect in Store - £0.00

    You can place your order online and drop into our store in Edinburgh, Scotland, to collect your order. Please enter your billing address into the delivery address section, and tick the box to say both addresses are the same.
    Orders will be kept aside for 2 weeks. If you require longer, please email contact@freezeproshop.com

Returns

We will happily exchange or refund items up to one month from the date of receipt (see cancelation policy). In addition to this we may be able to exchange or refund items returned outwith this timeframe if they are in unused and perfect condition but a small re-stocking charge may apply, please contact us by email to discuss this before sending goods back within this time frame.

On the back of your delivery note you will find your returns form which details the returns process. If you can't find it you request one from orders@freezeproshop.com

Faulty items that are under manufacturers warranty can be returned to us and if found to be faulty will be refunded or replaced, this is subject to inspection by the manufacturer. Please contact us for a returns authorisation before sending, if found not to be faulty then we may have to charge for any re-posting costs and will be unable to cover your return costs.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS-

  • Underwear (for obvious reasons)
  • Skis and ski bindings which have been mounted, as these will have been done to your specific requirements
  • DVDs which have been opened
  • Any item which is missing tags or is not in a new condition

Please note, that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us for returns or exchanges, however we will happily cover the cost of shipping exchanges back to you.
