The Furnace Carbon-Comp is one of Billabong's performance-focused cold-water, chest zippered, wetsuits, that's constructed with premium fabrics and thermal materials for a lightweight and flexible feel when you're surfing.
Stay warmer with a carbon thermal lining
The Furnace Carbon-Comp has a carbon fiber thermal lining positioned throughout the suit. This double-knit lining is extremely warm and allows water to drain super fast so that it dries in no time. The material is also knitted in a pattern of high and low points to reduce weight, help drainage, and enhance flexibility.
Flush-free chest-zip entry
The wetsuit also comes with a chest zipper Drymax entry. This allows for easy entry on the beach, and uses an internal membrane that envelopes the external closure to eliminate water entry when you're duck diving.
Enhanced flexibility through seam construction
The Furnace Carbon-Comp utilizes Billabong's X-flex back seam positioning to create unrestricted flexibility through your underarm and lateral areas. This combines with minimal strategically placed 3D paneling, for even further enhanced flexibility.
GBS seams with critical taping
Where you do find seams. They've got machine-applied tape in critical areas, while the remaining seams are glued and blindstitched with an internal liquid seal for watertight durability.
A heat-retaining foam core
The Airlite Foam core is the lightest, warmest, and most flexible in Billabong's cold-water wetsuit line, while the external AX-1 SUPERFLEX jersey helps improve your warmth without sacrificing any upper body flexibility.
