Hyperlite have teamed up with the mastermind Aaron Stumpf to crate the cable park destroyer known as the Lunchtray. Stumf is lead designer for Hyperlite and is responsible for all the tech that goes into their boards today. With multiple Board of the Year awards under their belts, there's no questioning the ability of their boards, boat and cable alike. The Lunchtray is another high performer from their line made to be used by die-hard park rats.
A board to rock the park with
The Lunchtray Wakeboard has an Abrupt Continuous Rocker which adds more of a pop to the board for hitting jibs. This rocker design gives the board an exaggerated tip and tail which gives riders that extra snap without reducing speed. The Lunchtray board is a medium flex, rating a 3 on a 1-5 scale in which 5 is stiff and 1 is soft. 10 Degree Beveled Edges make the Lunchtray a forgiving, smooth ride due to the bevelled edges improving underfoot control. This technology improves landings and reduces the chances of you catching an edge.
Seamless flexibility and pop
Hyperlite have put Urethane Sidewalls on the Lunchtray to fully bond the top and bottom of the board for structural security. The AirStick Core of the Lunchtray is made using grass-fed Paulowina wood which has had unnecessary material removed to create the lightest core in the industry. Glass fibres layered on top of each other keep this board popping year after year.
