The Dawn Patrol 5/3 Chest Zip Wetsuit from Rip Curl offers outstanding insulation and dryness. Utilising a combination of Rip Curl’s renowned E5 Neoprene and the all new Thermoflex, the suit will boost heat retention during long days in cold water.

E5 and Thermoflex – an awesome combination

The action panels are made up from Rip Curl’s revolutionary E5 neoprene. It offers the ultimate balance between insulation and flexibility, whilst remaining super lightweight and very comfortable on the skin. The body of the Dawn Patrol wetsuit is formed using Thermoflex, that also provides enough warmth and flexibility for cold surf days.

I’m feeling flexible

Flexibility for paddling hasn’t always been a given in steamers, and so the Dawn Patrol 5/3’s marriage of flexible material with a chest entry system is a big plus. As well as using E5 and Thermoflex neoprenes, Rip Curl have bolstered flexibility further by keeping the underarms and shoulder panels completely free of restrictive stitching and seams. S-flex knee pads also help your range of movement in the water, offering added durability.

Dry your eyes

E5 lining in the back panel, and E5 tape sealing the glued and blind-stitched seams, the Rip Curl Dawn Patrol 5/3 masters keeping water away from your body. The quick drying properties of the E5 lining, which is also super comfortable thanks to its new lower profile, means maintaining body temperature is of no stress. Speaking of, reinforcement in the suit’s stress points will ensure the Dawn Patrol’s durability.

    Small items are dispatched with the Royal Mail 48 service, which is estimated to take three to five working days. This service is not trackable and there are no guarantees on delivery date.
    Large or heavy items may need to be shipped with a different service, if you'd like to know more, contact us on 0131 260 9677. If the Postman is unable to deliver, you may be required to go to your local Mail sorting office to collect the package

  • Standard | Non-Tracked - £1.99

    Delivery expected by Tuesday 26 February

    Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class. Delivery will be made by your Postman at the usual time. This service is not trackable and there are no guarantees on delivery date. For larger items, we may need to ship with a courier, if you'd like to know more, get in touch on 0131 260 9677. If the Postman is unable to deliver, you may be required to go to your local Mail sorting office to collect the package.

  • Next Working Day | Tracked - £4.99

    Delivery expected by Monday 25 February

    Most items will be dispatched with DPD and are fully track-able. The delivery must be signed for so someone must be at the specified address to accept the items. It is not possible for the delivery driver to leave the packages without a signature.
    In rare cases, rural addresses may be 2 days for delivery. If you are concerned please get in touch before placing order.
    The cut-off for next day delivery is 12 noon. However, if placing an urgent order after this deadline, please call us on 0131 260 9677 and we will do our best to ensure it gets to you in time.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery | Tracked - £11.99

    Delivery expected by 13:00 tomorrow

    Delivery will be made by your postman next day, before 1pm. Deliveries are made every day except for Sundays. The cut-off for next day delivery is 12 noon. However, if placing an urgent order after this deadline, please call us on 0131 260 9677 and we will do our best to ensure it gets to you in time.

  • DPD 12 Noon | Tracked - £14.99

    Delivery expected by 12:00 on Monday 25 February

    Delivery will be made by 12noon on the next working day (Monday to Friday). This delivery must be signed for, so someone must be at the specified address to accept the delivery.
    The cut-off for next day delivery is 12 noon. However, if placing an urgent order after this deadline, please call us on 0131 260 9677 and we will do our best to ensure it gets to you in time.

  • DPD Saturday 12 Noon | Tracked - £19.99

    Delivery expected by 12:00 tomorrow

    Delivery will be made by 12noon on the Saturday morning. This delivery must be signed for, so someone must be at the specified address to accept the delivery.

  • Collect in Store - £0.00

    You can place your order online and drop into our store in Edinburgh, Scotland, to collect your order. Please enter your billing address into the delivery address section, and tick the box to say both addresses are the same.

Returns

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Generally, we'll be happy to exchange or refund anything you've bought for up to one month from the date you receive it, so long as it’s in perfect, unused condition. If you'd like to return or exchange an item you bought more than one month ago, then you may be able to, but please email us about it first – a small restocking charge may also apply.

Returning or exchanging an item does not affect your statutory rights. You’ll find the official cancellation policy within full our Terms & Conditions.

EXTENDED RETURNS FOR CHRISTMAS

All orders made between 1 November 2018 and 24 December 2018 are eligible for our extended return period. So, if you’re buying someone a gift and it’s not quite right, you’ve got until 24 March 2019 to return it*.

WHO COVERS THE COST OF RETURNING AN ITEM?

You’re responsible for the cost of returning items to us, but if you choose an exchange, we’ll be happy to cover the cost of shipping things back to you.

  • Anything that’s missing its tags or isn’t in a perfect, new and unused condition, including all its packaging
  • Skis and ski bindings which have been mounted, because these will have been done to your specific requirements and can’t be resold
