The Flashbomb series is claimed by Rip Curl to be the fastest drying on the planet, and considering they’re on the verge of spending a half century in the industry, who are we to disagree? Couple that with 6mm neoprene, hood and chest zip, the Flashbomb 6/4 is ideal for keeping you warm when surfing those colder waters.

Impenetrable insulation and dry as a bone

The Flashbomb range features Rip Curl’s E5 Neoprene, it’s super stretchy and lightweight, which feels great when you’re wearing it. You’ve got 6mm in this version, and whilst that seems like a whole lot of suit, this season’s version hosts the much lighter profile of the E5 flash lining. This awesome bit of dry tech uses backcombed poly pro that does two things. It traps air in its pores to keep you warm, and because of its construction, doesn’t absorb a drop – flushing water away from your core to retain vital body heat.

A winter wetsuit with lots of flexibility

Both the E5 neoprene and the E5 Flashdry lining are super flexible, so the Flashbomb 6/4 is really comfy and super flexible for a winter suit. The seams are plenty water-tight, they’re glued and blind stitched which means there are no perforations through the suit. The E5 tape on the suit’s inside completes the seam, makes it last longer and more comfortable to wear. 

Flexibility is bolstered further still thanks to the chest entry system, an adjustable shock chord is included in all Rip Curl’s Flashbomb range to eliminate space and therefore flushing. The handy hood is an essential for those long days in the water.

    Small items are dispatched with the Royal Mail 48 service, which is estimated to take three to five working days. This service is not trackable and there are no guarantees on delivery date.
    Large or heavy items may need to be shipped with a different service, if you'd like to know more, contact us on 0131 260 9677. If the Postman is unable to deliver, you may be required to go to your local Mail sorting office to collect the package

  • Standard | Non-Tracked - £1.99

    Delivery expected by Thursday 21 March

    Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class. Delivery will be made by your Postman at the usual time. This service is not trackable and there are no guarantees on delivery date. For larger items, we may need to ship with a courier, if you'd like to know more, get in touch on 0131 260 9677. If the Postman is unable to deliver, you may be required to go to your local Mail sorting office to collect the package.

  • Next Working Day | Tracked - £4.99

    Delivery expected by Wednesday 20 March

    Most items will be dispatched with DPD and are fully track-able. The delivery must be signed for so someone must be at the specified address to accept the items. It is not possible for the delivery driver to leave the packages without a signature.
    In rare cases, rural addresses may be 2 days for delivery. If you are concerned please get in touch before placing order.
    The cut-off for next day delivery is 12 noon. However, if placing an urgent order after this deadline, please call us on 0131 260 9677 and we will do our best to ensure it gets to you in time.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery | Tracked - £11.99

    Delivery expected by 13:00 on Wednesday 20 March

    Delivery will be made by your postman next day, before 1pm. Deliveries are made every day except for Sundays. The cut-off for next day delivery is 12 noon. However, if placing an urgent order after this deadline, please call us on 0131 260 9677 and we will do our best to ensure it gets to you in time.

  • DPD 12 Noon | Tracked - £14.99

    Delivery expected by 12:00 on Wednesday 20 March

    Delivery will be made by 12noon on the next working day (Monday to Friday). This delivery must be signed for, so someone must be at the specified address to accept the delivery.

    You can place your order online and drop into our store in Edinburgh, Scotland, to collect your order. Please enter your billing address into the delivery address section, and tick the box to say both addresses are the same.

Returns

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Generally, we'll be happy to exchange or refund anything you've bought for up to one month from the date you receive it, so long as it’s in perfect, unused condition. If you'd like to return or exchange an item you bought more than one month ago, then you may be able to, but please email us about it first – a small restocking charge may also apply.

Returning or exchanging an item does not affect your statutory rights. You’ll find the official cancellation policy within full our Terms & Conditions.

All orders made between 1 November 2018 and 24 December 2018 are eligible for our extended return period. So, if you’re buying someone a gift and it’s not quite right, you’ve got until 24 March 2019 to return it*.

You’re responsible for the cost of returning items to us, but if you choose an exchange, we’ll be happy to cover the cost of shipping things back to you.

  • Skis and ski bindings which have been mounted, because these will have been done to your specific requirements and can’t be resold
