About Rome Snowboards
We‘ve been very proud stockists of Rome Snowboards since their creation in 2001. We instantly felt an affinity with what they were trying to do – taking an existing industry and looking at the ways they could do things differently, approaching it their own way.
What started as a small operation founded by a couple of guys who had worked together at Burton, the Rome Snowboard Design Syndicate now delivers a full collection of PopRock reverse camber snowboards, positive camber boards, boots, bindings, outerwear, gloves, luggage, streetwear and accessories that sets them apart from other brands in the snowboard world.
Anti-establishment attitude since 2001
Rome Snowboards has been firmly anti-establishment in their attitude since day one – not owned by some big global ski brand and against the corporate side of the industry – and that punk attitude is reflected in their design, brand, look and feel. It’s one of the things that makes their range one of the most popular with our customers year-in and year-out.
Rome’s team consists of some of the more rock and roll riders on the international and domestic UK scenes – riders that ride hard and party harder. They’re all about style over the spin-to-win mentality that the competition scene fosters. Running trains through the park, tranny finding, busting out Methods and hunting down fresh lines with friends are the things that float Rome’s boat.
Completely uncompromising in their approach to snowboard manufacture and design, but wholly open to the riders, testers and shop owners that make the industry what it is, Rome are a company that we admire hugely and the range that we stock reflects that.
