Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the Shopping Basket. After you have finished your selection, click on the Basket at the top right of the page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept Paypal and most International Credit Cards as well as Freeze Pro Shop Gift Vouchers as payment.
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received by us, it does not confirm that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation invoice. We have included this term to ensure both parties in the case that a mistake has been made in description, picture or pricing, where a product has been inadvertently advertised or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for whatever reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that any change in price is acceptable.
Value Added Tax (VAT) Charges:
For all customers placing orders shipping to within the European Union, all item prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%. This means that the price shown on your order total will be the final price you pay delivered to you.
For customers outside of the European Union, the prices are displayed as being “VAT FREE”. This means that VAT is not included in the price. You will not have to pay us any VAT, but you may be asked to pay VAT or other import taxes when the item is imported into your country. Not all orders will be charged VAT, but you should be aware that there is a chance that you will be asked to pay this by your local Tax authority - the rules differ between countries and states so please check with your local customs authority what you may have to pay.
USA CUSTOMERS- US Customs have recently raised the Duty free amount, so orders under $800 will not be liable for any duties or tax at all. These changes now mean it is even more economical to shop through Freeze Pro Shop!

We make every effort to keep our online stock levels up to date and our website updates our live stock position approximately every 30 mins for any changes we may have made. In the event of any errors, a full refund is always offered or you will have the choice to wait for the item to come back into stock or choose an alternative.
Due restrictions on shipping into Russia, we have new guidelines which need to be followed before placing an order with us. First of all, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will give you the details of how to arrange forwarding to Russia with AlfaParcel. Price & shipping terms are agreed directly between the customer & AlfaParcel. We will then arrange for you to purchase products from us, and on confirmation of their arrival with AlfaParcel and that they have left the UK, we will refund the VAT directly to you at 20% of the order value.
Receiving Your Order:
It is crucially important that if your delivery requires a signature, that you check the box or package thoroughly before doing so. If the package is in any way damaged please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If it is damaged and you sign for it then you will not be able to claim a refund or insurance as you are certifying that the goods were received in good condition.

Our returns policy
Generally, we'll be happy to exchange or refund anything you've bought for up to one month from the date you receive it, so long as it’s in perfect, unused condition. If you'd like to return or exchange an item you bought more than one month ago, then you may be able to, but please email us about it first – a small restocking charge may also apply.
Extended Christmas returns
We know that you might need a little more flexibility over the festive period, so we’ll be happy to offer extended returns on everything you buy from the 1st November until the 25th of December. You’ll be able to return these until the end of January, but if you think you’ll need a little more time, then just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do to help. After all, finding all those Christmas presents is hard enough without us making your life any harder!
Returning or exchanging an item does not affect your statutory rights.
If you think your item’s faulty, please get in touch by emailing email@example.com and we’ll do everything we can to help. Make sure you email or get in touch with us before you send the item though. If your item is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, you should be able to return it to us. The manufacturer may need to inspect it first, but once we confirm that it’s faulty, we’ll be happy to refund or replace it. If it’s found not to be faulty, we wouldn’t be able to cover the cost of sending your item back to you, which is why it’s really important that you get in touch with us first.

Under EU distance selling rules you have the right to cancel or return your order without charge at any time, until 7 working days after delivery. However at Freeze Pro Shop you have 30 days to cancel or return your order. This can be done simply by returning your items using the Returns Form enclosed with your delivery and sending them to the addresses below:

You can cancel your order by email at any time provided the goods have not been dispatched by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
In the event of an order cancellation where the goods have been dispatched, goods must be returned to the above address and the customer will be responsible for the cost of this. We recommend using some form of "signed for delivery" as we cannot be liable for the goods until we have receipt of them.
Provided the Goods are returned to us in perfect condition and merchantable quality we will endeavor to refund you within 3 days of cancellation. During busy periods this can take a bit longer, but in all instances it will be done before 7 days have passed.
It is not possible to cancel ski orders if you have requested that we mount the bindings to the skis for you as this involves drilling holes in the bindings specific to your requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights
International Currency Pricing:
All products listed on www.freeproshop.com website are listed in GBP currency. For all other currency listings we use a daily currency exchange rate from the European Central Bank to convert the GBP price to your specified currency. This is an indication of our price only as Paypal and your Credit Card or Bank will charge your account at their chosen exchange rate on that given day. Freeze Pro Shop cannot be held responsible for the variation of price charged to your card/account.
All products sold on www.freezeproshop.com are covered by a minimum 1 year Manufacturers Guarantee for defects in manufacture and materials. This does not affect your statutory rights. Most ski and snowboard equipment must be fitted and checked by an authorized dealer or similar expert and Freeze Pro Shop will not guarantee safety of any product set up or fitting work done by any external third party.
Item Descriptions, Images and Pricing:
Errors and omissions excepted, Product images may occasionally differ from actual item due to colour variations from manufacturers and colour/size options. Freeze Pro Shop reserves the right to change descriptions, pictures and prices at any time and without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the website. Freeze will not be held responsible for costs incurred due to errors or omissions within the website.
Ski Binding Mounting:
Some online ski shops will not mount bindings to your skis for you without having your boots present due to concerns over legal liability. We are happy to mount your bindings to your skis for you, but you must be aware of the following things if you select the ski mounting service:
1.It is only available if you buy skis and or bindings from us.
2.You can't cancel a ski order if we have already mounted the bindings to them
3.If we do not have your boot, we cannot be held responsible if you select the wrong boot size or mounting point so please be very careful when doing this.
4.It is impossible to set the forward pressure setting or toe height adjustment on your bindings without having the actual boot present. This is due to the variations of boots brands sizing and also things such as boot wear and tear and small measurement inaccuracies. You MUST get them adjusted by a competent qualified binding technician with your boots present.
For Clarification: You must get the forward pressure and toe height checked and or adjusted by an expert if we mount them for you! Freeze Pro Shop cannot be held liable for this or any injury occurred whilst using them.
Credit Card Security:
Payment is taken using the Sage/Pay / PROTX secure server. This system is fully secure and encrypted unlike many of our competitors, we will never even see your credit card details so there is no chance of fraud through third party access to you details.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
As our supplier RIP CURL EUROPE S.A.S is the exclusive licensee of the RIP CURL brand for the European territory only, we are unable to ship RIP CURL product outside of Europe. If you have any queries regarding products then we will be more than happy to answer those for you, but we are sadly just not able to ship any Rip Curl Product outside of Europe.
www.freezeproshop.com does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment.
Cookies are used on this www.freezeproshop.com to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket allowing the facility to store delivery addresses for ease of use and speed. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your specific devices browser should you wish to disable cookies. Finally, But Importantly:
Dangerous Sports: Skiing, Snowboarding, Surfing and other associated activities are extremely dangerous sports and participating in them may lead to serious injury or death of yourselves and or 3rd parties. Freeze accepts absolutely no liability for any such injuries, deaths or other costs incurred as a result of said injuries whilst using products purchased from Freeze Pro Shop.
