Where’s my order?
If the longest estimated delivery time has passed and your order still hasn’t arrived, don’t worry, there are a few options that we can suggest to help track it down.
If you requested a tracked service…
- Find the tracking code, it should be on your dispatch confirmation email
- Enter this tracking code into the courier’s website to see if there’s an update
- If you don’t find the answer, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help
If you requested a free or untracked service…
- Check with your local sorting office – even if you haven’t had a card through the door, it’s often been returned there
- If it’s not at your local sorting office, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help you track it down
