Where’s my order?

If the longest estimated delivery time has passed and your order still hasn’t arrived, don’t worry, there are a few options that we can suggest to help track it down.

If you requested a tracked service…

  1. Find the tracking code, it should be on your dispatch confirmation email
  2. Enter this tracking code into the courier’s website to see if there’s an update
  3. If you don’t find the answer, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help

If you requested a free or untracked service…

  1. Check with your local sorting office – even if you haven’t had a card through the door, it’s often been returned there
  2. If it’s not at your local sorting office, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help you track it down
